This year, in P.E, I have tried to be a positive contribution to the class. I have never forgotten my gym strip, and I have always come to class with a positive attitude. I have been willing to participate in all of the activities that we have done, all year. I have participated and tried being a good contribution to our class by trying my best on fitness days, as well as many other gym classes. However, some classes I have been sick or tired, so I did not do my best. However, on fitness days I believe I have given my best effort, like the day we did the community run for example. I believe I interact positively with many members of our class and I am encouraged to do better when I am with certain people in our class. On fitness days I especially do well, because I push myself and try to do better that I did the time before in that activity. For example, every time I do the beep test I either match my previous number or I increase my score. I don't enjoy going outside when it is cold, however. My favorite fitness activity is probably the beep test, because I get do I with my friends, but I also get to push myself, without leaving my friends behind, and the beep test is followed by other activities that I enjoy, as well. So far, I am proud that I am pushing myself a little bit more every fitness class. But, by the end of the year I hope to reach at least a 10 on the beep test.
To me leadership means to set a positive example for others to follow. I believe that the best leaders in our class are people who try their best almost every day and improve and get better at multiple things. They are, also, people who stay positive and don't complain very much.
